Jeremy is TPI Certified, FlightScope Certified, a member of the Golf Merchandisers of America, a 2-time PGA Merchandiser of the Year and a 2-time PGA Teacher of the Year for the Arkansas Chapter. His tournament titles include the US Hickory Open Champion four times (2013-2016), US Professional Hickory Open Champion three times (2019-2021), World Hickory Match Play Champion (2014), Arkansas PGA Champion (2012, 2014), Mountain Valley Hickory Open seven times and Mid Pines Hickory Champion (2013).

Michael Marcum, PGA

Michael has been playing, teaching and coaching golf for over forty years. He and his wife Sunny ran The School of Golf at Empire Lakes for 17 years in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He is a Southern California PGA Section and multiple PGA San Diego & Inland Empire Chapter Award winner in Teaching and Club Fitting. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Golf Swing Engineering and is an Authorized Instructor for The Golfing Machine, a Certified Explanar Swing Training System Instructor, a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 1 Instructor, a Henry-Griffitts Certified Master Club Fitter, and a 20-year Fit2Aim Certified Putter Fitter. Michael played Junior Golf in Oregon playing in the 1976 Eddie Hogan Cup Matches at Riverside CC and was the Central Oregon Junior Champion in the same year. His hobbies include salt and freshwater fishing, fly tying, wine tasting and traveling with his wife Sunny.

Chris Myrvold, PGA

Chris grew up in Lake Oswego and fell in love with the game after Jack Nicklaus' '86 Masters win. His first professional job in golf was in Vancouver at Royal Oaks in 2010. After Royal Oaks, he followed his love of the game to Austin Texas, where he improved his skills as a golfer. After a few years of full-time playing, he made the move back to Oregon to be the Assistant Golf Professional at Rock Creek Country Club. In 2019, made the move to Quail Valley and most recently Pumpkin Ridge to serve as their Head Golf Professional. He’s excited to be back to where his passion for golf originated, at a Member-Owned Private Club, and is grateful for the opportunity to share his excitement for the game, which includes teaching, playing, and tournament operations. Chris is a HUGE Blazer fan, loves the Seahawks, and is a Beaver believer!

Myung "Sunny" Marcum, KLPGA

Title

Teaching Professional

Sunny Marcum played in the Japan 1981 World Cup for volleyball before starting her successful career in the Korean LPGA from 1988-1996. In 2000, Sunny joined the Empire Lakes Golf Course as a full time instructor and club fitter until the course closed in 2016. She accepted a head coach position for the women’s golf team at Claremont College where she had the honor of receiving the 2012 Western Region Division III coach of the year. Additionally, she lead the team to the 2012 NCAA Championship. Additional coaching experience includes Women’s Head Golf Coach at University of La Verne and Head Girls Golf Coach at the Webb School. Sunny’s 39 years of experience golfing, instructing, coaching, and fitting have given her a unique and powerful skill set to assist golfers of all levels.

Daniel Dolin

Assistant Golf Professional

Daniel grew up in Oregon City and has spent his whole life around golf. His father Dennis was a Golf Professional for 25 years, including as an Assistant Professional at Tualatin Country Club. Daniel obtained a Professional Golf Management Degree at Walla Walla Community College, where he was 2nd team All-Conference on the golf team. He has spent his last 3 years as a full-time instructor, two of those years at Tualatin Island Greens. Daniel owns his own TrackMan and also has a passion for club repair and club fitting. He looks forward to helping our members improve their game.
